Returns & Exchange Policy

Here’s how it works:

Need to return an item? No Problem, please review our return policy checklist to help us process your return as quickly as possible. For international customers, please see our International Return Policy

New – All items must be in original condition. Additionally all skincare Products must be returned with their original tags intact or they will be returned to you without refund.

Invoice – please include the full complete legible copy of your invoice from your order, with the return and/or exchange information filled out on the back

All items marked as Final Sale – we cannot exchange or refund on any final sale merchandise (marked as “final sale” on the front of your invoice or FINAL SALE label in your cart)

7 Days – please postmark all returns within 7 days of the date of receipt. Returns postmarked after this timeframe will be shipped back to you without refund.

On all return items, a return re-stocking fees is added, that include shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. See below the list for fee amount. International orders subtotaling under these amounts is ineligible for return. reserves the right to change this Return Policy at any time.
